The roller banner features a patented rail for perfect straightness and a high spec pole with a double attachment for your graphics. They are delivered in a high-quality padded bag with tough sides, providing easy transport to and from events. Our Popular Twin R Banners are printed on a 200mic multi-layered polypropylene film. This material is great for indoor displays with a matt coating on the front and a grey light block coating on the reverse side. This material provides excellent print quality, a bright white appearance, an anti-glare matt surface, opaque against rear lights and excellent flatness when displayed.
All of our Popular Twin R Banner graphics are printed onto a premium crease-free PVC polyester. For banners over 1m wide we use 510gsm Blockout Banner PVC. This material has a super smooth surface making it perfect for high-quality printing. It also features a block out back for no light show-through and a non-curling edge, even at larger sizes.

Getting Started
To design your artwork, use our free design tool to select your required size and create your artwork from a blank canvas. As you get started, please have a read of the print-ready requirements below and check out our support articles.
- The green line indicates the safe area all your important content such as text and logos should be included within.
- Extend the background of your design to fill the whole canvas to ensure no white space is visible on your design.
- Try and keep any images at a resolution of 75dpi final size and 300dpi at 25% output size.
- 3mm bleed has been added to each side of the canvas.
If you’d prefer to use your own design software, you can! Just download the template mask from the design tool - and you can still return to Raccoon's designer and check your artwork fits.
