These Terms will apply to any contract between us for the sale of Products to you. Please read these Terms carefully and make sure that you understand them, before ordering any Products from the Website. Please note that by ordering any Products from our Website you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and the other documents expressly referred to in them.

The Contract
If you place an order online through our Website to purchase a Product we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a Product which is accepted by us when we deliver the Product to you.

Our Products
The images of the Products on our Website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the Products accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the Products accurately reflect the Products. Your Products may vary slightly from these images.

Availability
All Products shown on our Website are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the Product you have ordered is not available and we will not process your order or take any form of payment.

Registration
Before we can process your order you must register on our website and provide us with your name, address, email and telephone number. We will use this information to process your order. It is your responsibility to ensure you have provided us with the correct information.

Payment
We use WorldPay to process our credit and debit card transactions. All transaction information passed between us and WorldPay’s systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. We do not store your credit card details.

Once we have accepted your order full payment for any goods must be made by credit or debit. We will reserve payment from your card at the time we receive your order and payment will only be taken once the order has been processed.

Please note that any orders placed with artwork that does not comply with our specifications will be rejected and new artwork will need to be submitted. Once we have confirmed the artwork is suitable we will process the order and the reserved payment will be taken from your card.

We won't share your personal details with any other third party. Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and by agreeing to these Terms you are also agreeing to the way we use and protect your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

Currency
We currently display all pricing in UK Sterling only and payments will be taken in that currency and where necessary will be converted at current WorldPay rates.

Artwork
Raccoon inspects all art submitted to ensure that it will reproduce well on the items selected. In the event that the artwork is not usable for a quality imprint on our products, we will advise you accordingly. Production time will begin after approval of the artwork.

Raccoon can not take responsibility for artwork errors resulting from supplied artwork not conforming to our recommended artwork specifications.

Delivery
Each item when being purchased there is a requested delivery/turnaround for the product/service. We will look to dispatch within the agreed date. For all printed items where the customer provides artwork for us to work from, the turnaround time is from receipt of suitable ‘print ready’ artwork. I.E. If the artwork is supplied and is not useable for whatever reason (low resolution images, wrong size/scale etc.) then the ‘clock is stopped’ on the agreed turnaround until the problem is resolved.  Our quoted turn-around times are based on orders accepted AND approved artwork being supplied by 2pm.

Reservation of Ownership
We retain ownership of the delivered goods until the sum is paid in full and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Returns & Cancellation Policy
Returns on non-printed or standard products can be accepted if the request is made within 7 days from receipt of purchase. Any returns outside of this period will not be refunded unless damaged or defective. All unwanted Products should be returned in a resalable condition.

When you send your Product back to us we will process the returned Product and offer you the choice of a replacement or a refund. If you request a refund we will refund the full price of the goods and any applicable delivery charges you paid for. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your return.

Unless the Products are faulty or not as described, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the Products to us.

 *Please note that all printed products that have been customised based on your specifications are not subject to cancellation or refund.

Sample Policy
We print high quality at favourable prices. From time to time we offer our print samples free of cost! Complete the online form to receive your free samples without any risk and discover our print and paper quality now. As standard though, print samples are ordered as a standard print order.

Amendments to the Terms
We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies and these Terms at any time. You will be subject to the Terms in force at the time that you purchase Products from us, unless any change to these Terms is required by law (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you). If any of these Terms are deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that term will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining term.

Events beyond our reasonable control
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a contract if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability
We will not be responsible for any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure) or any other indirect or consequential loss even if the loss was reasonably foreseeable to both you and us when the contract for the sale of the Products was formed.

We do not in any way exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused from our negligence or breach of duty or caused by our gross negligence or wilfull misconduct.
